By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims to be having right, title and possession in respect of the land measuring an extent of 1800 sq.ft., situated in Plot No.263, Survey No.113/7B, Arichandrapuram, Chinnamapettai village, Tirutani Taluk, Thiruvallore District, by virtue of a registered settlement deed, bearing Document No.154/03, registered on the file of Sub-Registrar, Thiruvallore. The petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent dated 22.04.2013 in person praying for issuance of patta. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

This Court, taking into consideration, the limited scope of the prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, direct the petitioner to submit one more representation to the third respondent for issuance of patta within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order and the third respondent, on receipt of the representation, is directed to consider the same, after putting on notice to the persons concerned, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
