PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, call for the entire records comprised in FIR in Crime No.108/2022 dated 23.12.2022 pending on the file of 2nd Respondent, Inspector of Police, the E-10, Moongilthuraipattu Police Station, Thirukoilur SubDivision, Kallakurichi District and quash the same against the petitioner/accused-6.

ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R., registered in Crime No.108/2022 dated 23.12.2022 pending on the file of 2nd Respondent, Inspector of Police, the E-10, Moongilthuraipattu Police Station, Thirukoilur Sub-Division, Kallakurichi District and quash the same against the petitioner/accused-6.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the Special Court of SC and ST Act cases at Villupuram, through e-filing No.22242 of 2023

3. In view of the above facts without adverting to the merit of this petition filed to quash the FIR, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
