ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to promote and appoint the petitioner as Primary School Headmaster with effect from 01.03.2022 on the date of which the vacancy arose, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 14.02.2022, 02.03.2022 and 12.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted representations seeking promotion to the post of Primary School Headmaster with effect from 01.03.2022.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that so far, no representation has been received from the petitioner.

5. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the respondent and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
