This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 244 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 244 days in filing the appeal is condonned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and list this matter on 07.03.2024. Further, the Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.T.Gobinath, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 while listing the appeal.
