PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; imposed on the petitioner in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29616 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; imposed on the petitioner in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29616 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 5(b) of Crl.O.P.No.29616 of 2024 on 27.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
