This petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.3919/2011 in M.C.No.8/2010 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kanchipuram within a stipulated period of time.

2. The petitioner has filed a payment out petition in Crl.M.P.No.3919/2011 in M.C.No.8/2010, which has been pending since 2011. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction for speedy disposal of the case filed by the petitioner.

3. Since the case is pending from the year 2011 onwards, it would be appropriate to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.3919/2011 in M.C.No.8/2010 within a stipulated period of time.

4. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kanchipuram to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.3919/2011 in M.C.No.8/2010 pending of the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kanchipuram, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observations and directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
