This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the complaint given by one Sasikla W/o. Raja, the 3rd Respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioners are being harassed on the basis of the complaint given by one Sasikala. The complainant also filed partition suit against petitioner and one Dhanasekaran. In view of the constant harassment, this petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, one Sasikala has given a complaint against the petitioner, alleging that petitioner is claiming unfounded rights in respect of the property. On the basis of the complaint, Current Paper enquiry was conducted in C.No.SPGP/No.232 and the same was closed for the reason that the issued involved between the parties is civil in nature and both the parties appeared and represented that they would resolve the dispute between themselves.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate (Crl. Side) that no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner, it is not necessary to pass orders in this petition.
