ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2017 seeking for survey and demarcation of the agricultural land comprised in S.F.Nos.46/12B, 46/13, 46/4A and 46/4B bearing Patta No.464 situated at Pukkulam Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District in accordance with Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2017, the respondents have not surveyed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

agricultural land and demarcated the same till date.

3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2017 seeking for survey and demarcation of the agricultural land comprised in S.F.Nos.46/12B, 46/13, 46/4A and 46/4B bearing Patta No.464 situated at Pukkulam Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
