Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to transfer the husband of the petitioner Mr.Boopathy @ Manikandan, S/o.Periyasamy from 3rd respondent to 4th respondent Central Prison in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2022. [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Captioned writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus qua respondents for transferring petitioner's husband namely, Mr.Boopathy @ Manikandan, S/o.Thiru.Periyasamy, from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Salem.
2. The prayer is predicated on a representation dated 28.09.2022 and the writ petition has been filed in this Court on 07.02.2023.
3. Post filing of the writ petition, on 09.02.2023 request / prayer of the petitioner has been acceded to is learned Additional Public Prosecutor's say. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing all the respondents Page Nos.2/5
