ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 02.02.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District and to take the petition on file and pass any such orders that deem fit to the fact and circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner filed complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main reason for

giving the complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, is that the 1st respondent refused to receive the complaint and therefore, there is no question of getting any endorsement from the 1st respondent.

3. If that be the case, petitioner is directed to give his reason as a reply to the return endorsement. If return is complied with, learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District is directed to pass appropriate orders on the complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of the compliance of the return.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
