When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that though the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.191 of 2013, on the file of the 1st respondent police, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2344 of 2025 and the case now stands posted to 09.03.2026.
