2. After some arguments, Mr.K.Natarajan, learned counsel on record for the petitioners/appellants sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned CMP and made an endorsement in the case file. A scanned re-production of the endorsement is as follows:

Learned counsel submits that a typographical error has crept in and that has warranted the withdrawal and therefore, all the rights of the petitioners/appellants may please be preserved for filing / coming up with a fresh CMP on the same cause of action with an appropriate suitable prayer. Request acceded to. All the rights of the petitioners/appellants in this regard are preserved.
