ORDER

When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. 1/3

2. This Court by an order dated 03.02.2012 disposed of the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.2535 of 2012 in the following lines :

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition. However, since the representation has been given as early as 11.06.2010, I am directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the second respondent, along with the details required, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the second respondent shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and others if any within a period of two months thereafter.

3. Since the fresh representation of the petitioner has been considered and an order is passed by the respondent on 09.08.2018, the same is in compliance with the direction of this Court. The learned Additional Government Pleader produced the proceedings dated 09.08.2018 before this Court. Hence, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.2535 of 2012 dated 03.02.2012 has been complied with.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No Costs.
