C.M.P.Nos.3473, 3480 and 3488 of 2024 in S.A.No.318 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J, These petitions have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 188 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased appellant in the above appeal; to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased appellant as proposed appellant in the above appeal and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.E.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
