(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This Court disposed of the writ petition by order dated 07.09.2022, referring to S.Nos.211 and 213.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that S.No.630 may also be referred for undertaking the exercise mentioned in the order. 3.We do not find that such a prayer was exclusively made referring to S.No.630 but if encroachment exists in the Oodai and Malai or the Government poromboke, the respondents may undertake the exercise as directed by this court in its order dated 07.09.2022, for which, even otherwise, general direction was given by this court not only for one case, but to the entire State of Tamil Nadu.

4. The aforesaid clarification may be treated as part of the order dated 07.09.2022.
