O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to promote the petitioner as Block Development Officer with retrospective effect from the date on which his juniors got promoted as Block Development Officer with all monetary and other attendant benefits.

2. In view of the punishment of censure imposed against the petitioner in G.O.(Pa).No.348, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department (E6), dated 16.07.2013, petitioner's promotion has been deferred and his juniors were promoted to the post of Block Development Officer and hence the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Now, it is stated that the order imposing punishment of censure has been set aside by this Court in W.P.No.21146 of 2013, dated 10.03.2020. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to approach the respondent with a representation along with a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.21146 of 2013, dated 10.03.2020 and the respondent is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
