O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking leave of the Court to withdraw this petition.

2.Mr.A.Nagarajan, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate for respondent nos.3 and 5, Mr.S.Thiruvengadam, learned Standing Counsel, for respondent no.4 and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent no.6, have no objection to the withdrawal of the petition.

3.However, the learned counsels for the private parties and the learned counsel for the petitioner in the impleading petition, Mr.T.V.Balasubramaniam, for M/s.BFS Legal, have some objection in the matter.

4.We, therefore, permit the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition and the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. The private parties are at liberty to initiate fresh legal action in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
