ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 5-I r/w 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.1 of 2022 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that a case which was registered in Avinashi All Women Police Station, Tiruppur District in Cr.No.01 of 2022 under Section 5-I r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and 506(i) is now transferred to All Women Police Station, Thiruverumbur, Trichy District and the same is taken on file as Cr.No.13 of 2022 for the same offence. Hence, he prays to dismiss this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the Intervenor is also appeared before this Court.

4. Considering the fact that the case is transferred to All Women Police Station, Thiruverumbur, Trichy District which falls under the Jurisdiction of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as "no jurisdiction".
