Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Memo No.4630/2010 A4 dated 18.05.2011 issued by the first respondent based on charges Memo No.4782/98/pay 3 dated 28.08.1999 issued by the second respondent and the enquiry report dated 27.01.2011 to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary and pension until the disposal of the writ petition and the future pension.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed since the petitioner has already received the retirement benefits. He had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
