To condone the delay of 1873 days in preferring the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the fifth petitioner in the above CRP.

To set aside the abatement caused by the death of the fifth petitioner in the above CRP. iii. Prayer in CMP.No 8341 of 2018 :

To bring on record the 9th petitioner herein as legal heir of the deceased fifth petitioner and as proposed petitioner No. 9 in the above CRP.

Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents are present.

Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks time to file counter affidavit, by considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.

Registry is directed carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and list the matter on 04.09.2020 for arguments.
