ORDER
The writ petition is filed praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent dated 30.06.2015 whereby the petitioner's request to continue his service during the academic year 2015-16 i.e., up to 31.05.2016 was rejected.
2. It was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently the above extension has also been granted however monetary benefits have not been paid during the period of extension.
3. The learned counsel for the Respondents would submit that the prayer as such may no longer survive. If the petitioner has any grievance regarding non-payment of monetary benefits that are due, the petitioner may submit a representation and the same would be considered and orders passed within a period of 8 weeks.

In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation to the concerned/ appropriate authority with regard to non-payment of any monetary benefit within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made, the same would be considered and orders passed in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner by the concerned authority.
