The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against judgment dated 31.07.2023 made in Crl.A.No.27 of 2020 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri.

2. Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
