The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to file appeal against the acquittal order made in Crl.A.No.27 of 2020 dated 31.07.2023 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri reversed the order made in S.T.C.No.818 of 2015 dated 17.02.2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
