O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 28.11.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation on 28.11.2025 for fixing the scale of pay notionally on par with her junior, taking into consideration the fact that the date of appointment is revised as 03.05.2020, without arrears of pay. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice, if the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

6. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
