Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitioner R.Inderchand died on 14.08.2016.

2. In view of the death of the writ petitioner, the case deserves no further adjudication and accordingly, these writ petitions stands closed. There will be no order as to costs.
