ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order dated 26.09.2023 in Na.Ka.No.4427/202/A5 passed by the Tahsildar, Tambaram.
2. The issue relates to grant of Legal Heir Certificate, recognising the petitioners as Class-II Legal Heirs.
3.Let me not enter into a detailed discussion of the facts but, in view of G.O.(Ms).No.478 of 2022 (Revenue and Disaster Management, Revenue Administration) dated 29.09.2022, the order of the respondent is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the respondent to re-consider the entire issues in the light of the guidelines given in the above said Government Order. If at all the respondent entertain any doubt instead of passing final orders, the respondent may issue notice to the petitioner, seek clarification and then consider and pass a detailed order with reasons.
