ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.12.2014 and to investigate the matter and file a final report u/s 173(2) Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.1750 of 2014 is pending. Similarly, on the complaint given by one Thyagarajan against this petitioner, enquiry in CSR No.1747 of 2014 is pending.

4. The respondent police shall enquire into both the complaints and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
