This petition is filed to condone the delay of 76 days in preferring the above C.M.A. SR.No.17369 of 2026.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant made an endorsement in the bundle that notice to the first respondent may be dispensed with. The said statement is recorded.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, and the other side has not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition. 5.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. 6.
