It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in Crime No.279 of 2015 has been closed as mistake of fact and the RCS notice has been served on the defacto complainant also. The RCS notice has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Namakkal on 01.06.2015.

4. Today, a fresh copy of RCS notice and Closure Report has been served on Mr.K.Saravanan, Party-in-person, in the open court. Hence, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
