By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 2.The petitioner would state that he joined as Junior Assistant in the Revenue Department and retired as District Revenue Officer on 30.09.2014 and while he was working in that capacity, he was put additional in-charge of Special Thasildar (Land Acquisition), Neyveli between 30.09.2013 and 28.02.2014 and was also given additional in-charge of District Revenue Officer, National Highways between 11.03.2014 and 30.09.2014 and despite the said fact, he has not been paid with in-charge allowance.

In this regard, he has also submitted a representation dated 18.11.2014 to the respondent. Despite receipt and acknowledgement, he is yet to be favoured with any kind of response and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4.Though, the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondent, along with a copy of this order as well as the copy of his earlier representation, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent on receipt of the said representation, is directed to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a further period of ten weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
