This Application has been filed by the Official Liquidator for the following reliefs:

(i) To take his Report on record;

(ii) To continue the engagement of the services of the counsel Sri.P.Nethaji, to represent the Official Liquidator in the Claim Petition No.260 of 2015, pending before the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai; (iii) To make fee payment to the counsel Sri.P.Nethaji, an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh only) as per his letter dated 09.12.2022, from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation and (iv) To incur the cost of this application from and out of the company in liquidation.
