O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that already the petitioners' licence were suspended by the second respondent.

2. In such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the writ petitions with liberty to file a fresh writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the writ petition are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenge the suspension order. No costs. The second respondent is directed to serve copy of the suspension orders immediately to the petitioners.
