C.M.P.No.4035 of 2020 is filed to exempt the petitioner from paying Court fee of Rs.9,000/- in the Cros.Obj.SR.No.17581 of 2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed the above Cros.Obj.SR.No.17581 of 2020 for enhancement of compensation and filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition for exemption of Court fee of Rs.9,000/- in the above mentioned Cros.Obj.SR.No.17581 of 2020, for the present and has undertaken to pay the Court fee at later stage.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee at present, with a direction to pay the same at later stage.
