O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.02.2012 in W.P. No.7228 of 2010

2. A writ petition in W.P. No.7228 of 2010 was filed by the petitioner for issuing a direction to the respondents to take action on the representation of the petitioner regarding the removal of encroachment. The said writ petition was disposed of by a direction to the second respondent to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2008 and pass orders in accordance with law.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader produced before this Court a communication received from the respondent to the effect that order of this Court has been complied with by proceeding dated 27.11.2013. The proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 27.11.2013 is also enclosed along with the communication that was addressed to the learned Additional Government Pleader. Going by the proceedings dated 27.11.2013, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the said order indicates that the direction of this Court is duly complied with.
