This writ miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the respondents 3 to 5 herein in the place of the deceased 2nd respondent/M.Gopal Naidu and rank them as the respondents 3 to 5 in the above Writ Petition No.813 of 2017.

2. Issue notice to the respondents R3 to R5 returnable in four weeks.

3. Heard both sides. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not raised any objection to substitute the above said respondents as parties in the present writ petition.

4. Being statisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the matter after four weeks.
