The petitioners seek a direction to respondent not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3. It is brought to notice that respondent police is harassing the petitioners, in respect of the matter, which is in the nature of a family dispute.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the presence of the petitioners is no longer required and further, if the presence of the petitioners is required, the respondent will issue summons to them.
