Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the FIR in CSR.No.257 of 2013 and file a final report within reasonable period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. In respect of the same incident, on the complaint given by one Keezhvani, who is said to be the mother of the petitioner, the respondent police initially conducted an enquiry in CSR.No.257 of 2013 and thereafter a regular case in Crime No.425 of 2013 for offences under Section 294[b], 506[i] IPC has been registered.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
