This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 24.04.2012 made in W.P.No.28262 of 2011.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents that, the order under contempt has been complied with and to that effect, she has furnished the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Tiruvallur vide Na.Ka.No.3246/A4/2018, dated 14.06.2018.
Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings dated 14.06.2018, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
