ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.1906/2015/A1/1 dated 01.06.2015 restoring the cheque signing power of the Vice President and quash the same.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that a resolution has been passed as against the third respondent. Based on that, the first respondent District Collector being the Inspector passed orders removing the cheque signing power of the third respondent, which was subsequently challenged in the W.P.No.9963 of 2015. The said Writ Petition was allowed by this Court vide Order dated 07.04.2015. Thereafter, the first respondent has once again passed the impugned order restoring the cheque signing power to the third respondent. Hence, this writ petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the period in respect of which the challenge is made has already over. Now, new Vice President is elected, hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate and as the relief sought for herein has become infructuous, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stands closed.
