Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents has produced a copy of the proceedings in Ref.No.63658/GB-2(2)/2015 dated 24.03.2023 showing compliance of the said order, which is placed on record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any further grievance, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
