The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the main case in STC.No.620 of 2013 was disposed of by the District Munsiff cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramathi, Namakkal District. Since the main case viz., STC.No.620 of 2013 itself disposed of, there is nothing survives in this petition.

2.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
