This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to serve the Closure Report of the C.S.R.No.276 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021 to the petitioner within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the copy of the Closure Report in C.S.R.No.276 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021 is served on the petitioner counsel.

3. Accordingly, this petition is closed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint in the manner known to law, if so advised.
