A.Nos.345, 346, 347 & 348 of 2015 in I.P.No.25 of 2014 N.SESHASAYEE.J., The judgment has been delivered in C.S.No.285 of 2014. So far as these applications are concerned, only the Court having portfolio over the Insolvency matter, has the jurisdiction over these applications.

2. Having said that, this Court in its judgment in C.S.No.285 of 2014, has found that the suit property will not and cannot form the estate of the insolvent.
