ORDER: This petition coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.C.Vasanthakumari Chelliah, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr.S.Sivakumar, for the respondent, this court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to restore the appeal in A.S.No.949 of 2008, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 09.02.2021.
