ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for direction upon the first respondent to take action against the second respondent.

3.Record of the proceedings shows that the writ petition as against the second respondent was dismissed on 17.08.2015 and till date, no steps have been taken to restore the same. Without the presence of the second respondent, the relief sought https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for by the petitioner cannot be adjudicated. Hence the writ petition is dismissed as against the first respondent also.
