(ii)To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner and thus render justice.(in CMP.9735/2017) (iii)To bring on record the petitioners herein as the legal representative of the deceased petitioner papa and array as the petitioners in the (in CMP.9736/2017) in CRP.(NPD)3877/2017 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.MANOKARAN for the Respondents and of petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:-

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the respondent on instruction submitted that they have no objection in allowing the applications. The miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
