(Heard through Video Conferencing) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.29265 of 2011 dated 23.04.2012.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the writ appeal has been filed in W.A.No.50 of 2018 as against the order passed in W.P.No.29265 of 2011 dated 23.04.2012 and the same has been modified on 25.01.2018.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate in the light of the order dated 25.01.2018 made in W.A.No.50 of 2018, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the said order, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
