O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the enquiry notice dated 04.11.2019, 21.11.2019 and 19.12.2019.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, enquiry was conducted without following the due procedure and ultimately punishment was imposed.

3. Therefore, in view of passing final order, it is obvious that nothing survives in the present Writ Petition, as the petitioner has got right to challenge the final order passed against him.
