PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents herein to initiate appropriate action issuing certificate of recovery under Section 4 read with rule 5 of the Tamil Nadu Payment of Subsistence allowance act against the fourth respondent management to recover the dues as ordered to be paid to the petitioners in PSA. Nos. 12 to 16 of 2012 and further direct the third respondent to initiate and complete the recovery proceedings and pay the petitioners within such time as stipulated by this Court.
