O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 5th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 22.11.2016 in accordance with law within a time frame.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2016, the 5th respondent has not considered the same and passed any order so far.
3.Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 5th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
